Nurken from iPhone hacks has developed a windows application named iUSB Tunnel which allows you to use SSH and do many things to your iPhone. It has a very simple user interface and can be used for SSH, VNC or tethering over USB on a windows machine. You can download it here for free and here is the portable version download so you don’t need to install the application. It comes loaded with WinSCP, Putty, Firefox Portable, iTunnel, TightVNC and UltraVNC so you don’t have to download those programs
