There are a lot of Apple fans out there who keep on naming every odd thing after Apple. Here’s a collection of most odd Apple Mac concepts of all times.

1) TriBook

TriBook

TriBook

According to the designer it is supposed to be a pocket sized enhanced version of Macbook Air. The two additional screens fold to reside in a single compact netbook. Thus making it as much thick as possible.

2) Transparent iMac

TriBook

Transparent iMac

It is just a usual iMac with everything transparent. Main screen is fully transparent which only works in dark. There is an opaque rod in the center so that you may never be able to get a clear complete screen view. There will always be an odd obstacle in the center for your sheer inconvenience.

3) V-Shaped Mac Mini

V-Shaped Mac Mini

V-Shaped Mac Mini

It is the new Mac mini which is in fact double the size of a Mac Mini. Its main purpose is to provide you with the weirdest possible design. There are many ways to reside it improperly on a table. Either you put it horizontal, vertical or inverted, you’ll not be satisfied with its position. All the ports are inside the V-curve so you are never able to access the wires easily. There is a built-in g-sensor whose most important purpose is to keep the Apple logo vertical.

4) OLO – The Netbook With iPhone As a TouchPad

OLO: Netbook with iPhone as TouchPad

OLO: Netbook with iPhone as TouchPad

I am not responsible if read ‘OLO’ as ‘owl’. It is just an incredible netbook to make your iPhone as useless as possible. It replaces $10 touchpad with an iPhone. Not because it uses iPhone’s processor and OS, rather it runs regular Mac OS X. iPhone is just used to add price to this $30 netbook. It uses iPhone as a multi-touch touch pad. If you want to use the iPhone separately and not happy with the netbook’s performance, there’s no way to separate it. All you can do is hammer both of them away.

5) iPlay

iPlay

iPlay

iPlay is a whole new type of Macintosh computer. It is in fact a solution to the small size of Mac Mini. It not only adds to the size of the Mini but also the processing power flops to great extent i.e 1,8 Teraflops.

6) HiMac

HiMac

HiMac

Yes, you got it right, HiMac is a concept to take Apple 5 years back into year 2004. It is just a ruining plan for the huge success of iMacs. Just increase the size of iMac and market them as super portable computers.

7) iCar

iCar

iCar

iCar is designed to provide the ultimate experience of entertainment on the go. It has touch screens all around the dashboard making your life as risky as possible. Even it is a next generation, futuristic car, you still need manual gears and and an iPhone to carry in your hand and talk while driving. If it doesn’t meet the requirements necessary to make an accident happen, no need not worry. There is iSight included. It is a next generation online communication system that lets you chat, talk and video conference on the go so that you find no way to focus on driving. All that to maximize the number of road accidents and control the increasing US population.

8) iCrap

iCrap

iCrap

It might be your next toilet in the shape of a Mac or your next workplace in the shape of a toilet. I am not sure at all!

9) Mac Folder

Yea, its the real life approach to Macs. Just place all of your files, stationary and calculators and you are ready with a Mac Folder!

10) Macbook Touch

Macbook Touch

It has dual touch screens and it can bend on both sides to provide you with the laptop as well as tablet pleasure. Don’t worry, it will soon break apart into two separate touch screens.

11) Mac Touch

Mac Touch

Mac Touch

It is a wedge shaped Mac. It may not necessarily be made out of an axe but you may use it to tear down the gadgets you hate.

12) L-Mac Touch

If you remove all the coolness from a Mac, give it the wheels to travel at its own, you’ll come up with the L-Mac Touch

  6. Oscar Blanco says:

INTRODUCTION: I was the one that made the iCrap toilet concept.

I feel it’s important to clear something up.

I’m NOT a Mac fan. I prefer PC and Win 7. I do own a Mac, but I use it for browsing the web.
I rather do my real design work on my PC, but it’s just a matter of preference really, both systems can do the work.

iCrap was made as a jest towards users with a love/cult relationship towards their Macs. The ones that believe blindly that anything that comes out of the Mac workshops is thashit. I do confess loving my ipod, but that’s just because it’s an efficient gadget, not because it was made by Apple.

Anyway, I had to clear this up, because you are missing the whole point with my artwork, and I don’t fall into this category: “There are a lot of Apple fans out there who keep on naming every odd thing after Apple.”

It’s meant as a sarcastic pun at Apple’s whole cult campaign, that creates worshippers that purchase blindly with stars in their eyes, anything that has the apple icon on it.
