Since Eric’s resign from Google’s board of directors, the relations of Apple and Google are getting worse. Apple has sued HTC over 20 iPhone patents and Google has decided to back to HTC. In an official statement Google shouts loud to warn Apple:
“We are not a party to this lawsuit. However, we stand behind our Android operating system and the partners who have helped us to develop it.”
Google never said it officially but we know that Apple’s patents had been a hurdle in multitouch on US Android phones. It seems like Steve Jobs wants to bring Android down by using judicial tactics.
