Steve Jobs has just announced the new tablet device from Apple. This new device is named as ‘iPad” and looks like a huge iPhone or iPod touch. Full specs are not yet released but all we know for now is:

1. Safari is the web browser, obviosuly and is pretty responsive!
2. Flash doesn’t seem to be supported because the Safari gave a missing plugin error on a website
3. It has a big on-screen QWERTY.
4. Google maps are pretty sleek and have photo tagging capability
5. Has built-in iTunes
6. Email app has a drop down list for new emails. While browsing emails, you get a left side column to choose from the emails and the email body is displayed on the right.
