Previously, the Symbian app QuickOffice was not able to let you edit MS office apps but now with the release of version 6.2, you can create and edit them. It is compatible with Symbian 3rd and 5th edition phones inclusive of Nokia 5800 Xpress music and Nokia N97. The Good news is that it is able to edit the MS Office 2007 files too. However, you’ll have to pay a small fee to get the upgrade with the editing capability.
Doensn’t the life become easier with Quick Office?? I had been looking for such an app for long but couldn’t find one according to my expectations. So I shifted to Google Docs. Now I am able to play with all types of files everywhere. Should I consider that this update is a little too late because most of the users must have shifted to the online services like Goolge Docs and Zoho?? Would you like to use QuickOffice on your cell phone?
