Samsung has announced its new “Samsung Solstice” for AT&T due in August 2009. It is not so creative phone because it has most of the features similar to the older Samsung Highlight which is being offered via T-Mobile. Hmm….. so Samsung is going the Nokia way… just a few tweaks to the apparent looks and a new model is ready?!. Good idea to grab more and more bucks without putting much effort!
By the way, why are all the manufacturer’s going for AT&T in spite of a lot of complaints from the customers?? There must be some unveiled attraction there which has not been exposed yet. Let’s hope someone exposes it!
Samsung Solstice is a touch screen phone with 2 megapixel camera, bluetooth, on screen QWERTY keyboard and a memory card slot. It will be available for $100 with a service contract.
