Designer Aran Mun has designed a concept phone which is too unique and is claimed to be futuristic. But I find it too odd. It slides diagonally to receive a call, thus bringing a more breakage-sensitive version of flop flip-style phones. In fact no manufacturer is interested in flip-style cell phones any more.
The key structure is cool though. It has got soft bubble like buttons, making them easy to press even without looking at the phone. Button arrangement on the other hand is too odd. Either you put 1 at the top or somewhere else, its not easy to get used to the key arrangement.
Another feature which Aran has added is the soft back-paint which will increase the grip as well as make it scratch resistant.
I like concept gadgets but all are not cool!
